Tower Resources Inc is an independent E&P company located in Houston, Texas; with its Field Office located in Elkhart, Texas. The Company has been in business since April 2014 and currently owns and operates its own oil and gas wells. The Company owns all of its own drilling and servicing equipment. The Company is led by an experienced team of exploration and production executives with extensive oil company management at senior levels. They have broad experience in oilfield property acquisitions and enhanced field production management.
Tower Resources Inc's main objective is to take advantage of low risk exploration and development oil and gas opportunities that are too small for the mid-sized oil and gas companies. The Company's goal is to achieve high rates of return by utilizing Management's experience in the industry and their ability to capitalize on these opportunities. The Company has and will continue to utilize their experience to analyze, negotiate and acquire low-cost low-risk domestic oil and gas exploration and development opportunities, with a focus on Texas, but not excluding other states if warranted.
The preferred acquisition target is conventional oil and gas production and development with current production from 50-250 barrels of oil equivalent per day (BOEPD) with proved undeveloped reserves (PUDs) for upside drilling.
Tower Resources Inc's focus is on shallow conventional production opportunities in areas away from overpriced shale plays.

J. Chris Cowan, President & CEO
Mr. Cowan serves as the Company’s President. Prior he was the Vice President of Operations for Amazing Energy. He began his career in the oil and gas industry in 1995 when he went to work on off shore drilling rigs in the Gulf of Mexico. He spent four years on a deep water drilling rig and was promoted to various positions in a short time. He made a decision that he wanted an education to further his career and joined the U.S. Air Force to train and become part of the elite Special Operations group T.A.C.P. While serving his time, he obtained his Degree in Environmental Science from the CCAF and Texas A&M. During his time served, Mr. Cowan served two tours in Iraq and one in Afghanistan.
After his service, he went to work for WSI as a well control and blow out technician for two years working in Iraq, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey among other places. Mr. Cowan also worked in Singapore and Indonesia performing final inspection and start up procedures on semi-submersible drilling rigs that were being brought to the Gulf of Mexico. He served as Operation Manager for Turner Brothers and Vice President of HSES for Barnhart. Mr. Cowan joined a management team in 2006 to build and sell a Midstream gathering company which was completed in May 2009. Since that time, he has worked in a senior management capacity for several different companies that he owns part or all of. These companies entail a wide range in the oil and gas service industry including directional drilling, thru tubing and fishing services, oil field construction, and drilling / re-entry.
Jeff S. Tucker, Vice President & CFO
Mr. Tucker has over 25 years of operational experience in accounting, finance and administration primarily in the upstream oil and gas industry and has worked for several exploration, production and oilfield service companies, both domestic and international. Prior to joining Tower Resources Inc, he was the Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration for Amazing Energy Oil and Gas Co. Prior to that he was the Chief Financial Officer of The Merrick Group, LLC, which is an interactive retailer of specialty sleep products, until its sale in 2012. From 2000 to 2010, Mr. Tucker spent most of his career as Manager of Financial Reporting, Accounting and Administration for Transmeridian Exploration Incorporated, a public international oil and gas company traded on the American Stock Exchange. Mr. Tucker’s responsibilities included Accounting, Treasury, SEC Reporting, Human Resources and Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance. From 1990 to 2000 he was a Director, Secretary and Controller of Crossroads Environmental Corporation. Crossroads provided environmental services to the oil & gas refining industry and oil field and industrial disposal services.
Over Mr. Tucker’s career he has been instrumental in raising over $700 million in capital, has drilled 78 domestic and 21 international oil and gas wells, and acquired hundreds of producing wells. Mr. Tucker studied accounting at the University of North Texas.
